- Manage probate applications and the administration of estates, liaising with executors, beneficiaries, and third parties as necessary.
- Maintain thorough case files and ensure timely progression of all matters within agreed deadlines.
- Provide clear and professional advice to clients, managing expectations and maintaining regular communication throughout the legal process.
- Carry out legal research and keep abreast of legislative changes relevant to private client work.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm policies, including anti-money laundering procedures and confidentiality requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external organisations to facilitate effective case management and resolution.
- Use legal case management software and systems to record and track case progress and billing information accurately.
