Chef de Partie required for a renowned hospitality venue near Guisborough, North Yorkshire. Our client has a rich heritage and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service. We are seeking a passionate, organised and highly competent Chef de Partie to help run a section within a busy kitchen and to contribute to the development and delivery of their culinary offerings. No accommodation or sponsorship available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run and manage a kitchen section to a rosette-level standard in a fast-paced environment.
  • Produce a wide range of dishes using locally sourced seasonal ingredients.
  • Demonstrate high competence across multiple areas of the kitchen, with cover required during busy periods and holiday cover.
  • Assist in developing and delivering food offerings, maintaining consistent quality and presentation.
  • Work effectively as part of a brigade to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Maintain strong standards for food safety, hygiene, and compliance.
  • Follow business and kitchen standards for stock control, preparation, and service delivery.
