Chef de Partie required for a renowned hospitality venue near Guisborough, North Yorkshire. Our client has a rich heritage and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service. We are seeking a passionate, organised and highly competent Chef de Partie to help run a section within a busy kitchen and to contribute to the development and delivery of their culinary offerings. No accommodation or sponsorship available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run and manage a kitchen section to a rosette-level standard in a fast-paced environment.
  • Produce a wide range of dishes using locally sourced seasonal ingredients.
  • Demonstrate high competence across multiple areas of the kitchen, with cover required during busy periods and holiday cover.
  • Assist in developing and delivering food offerings, maintaining consistent quality and presentation.
  • Work effectively as part of a brigade to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Maintain strong standards for food safety, hygiene, and compliance.
  • Follow business and kitchen standards for stock control, preparation, and service delivery.
  • Support effective service during early, late, weekend, and bank holiday rotations.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Experience working in a rosette level kitchen.
  • Proven ability to run a section confidently during service.
  • Knowledge of most areas within the kitchen (flexibility essential).
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and maintain quality throughout service.
  • Passion for cooking with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
  • Strong team working skills and willingness to cover other stations when required.

Working Hours & Flexibility

  • 40 hours per week.
  • Standard hours of work will be on a rota basis, based on 4 days out of 7.
  • Shifts will include: weekends, early, late, bank holidays and splits.
  • Flexibility is essential to support kitchen requirements and guest service levels.
