- Major loss adjusting practice seeks to expand its Property Division through the appointment of two additional adjusters in Scotland, ideally across the Central Belt.
- The positions are home-based and you will handle domestic and commercial losses up to £100,000 in value.
- You will be given autonomy to handle those losses as you see fit supported by an excellent desk-based team.
- Your caseload will be no more than 60-70 losses thus enabling you to handle your portfolio in a thoroughly professional manner in a relatively pressure-free environment.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years in a general property adjusting role, either domestic or commercial, but you should be happy handling a mixed caseload.
- Experience is more important than formal qualifications, but progress with CII/CILA would be preferred and will be rewarded accordingly through salary.
- You can live anywhere within Scotland as the positions are home-based, but you must be prepared to travel accordingly.
Basic salary budget up to £55-60,000 plus bonus, car, pension and 25 days holiday.
