Senior Property Adjusters

Overview

Major loss adjusting practice seeks to expand its Property Division through the appointment of two additional adjusters in the South West region. The positions are home-based and you will handle domestic and commercial losses up to £100,000 in value. You will be given autonomy to handle those losses as you see fit supported by an excellent desk-based team. Your caseload will be no more than 60-70 losses, enabling you to handle your portfolio in a thoroughly professional manner in a relatively pressure-free environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and commercial property losses up to £100,000 in value.
• Operate with autonomy supported by a strong desk-based team.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 60-70 losses to maintain a professional, low-pressure workflow.

Applicant Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years in a general property adjusting role, either domestic or commercial, with a willingness to handle a mixed caseload.
• Experience is more important than formal qualifications; progress with CII/CILA preferred and rewarded through salary.
• Location: able to live anywhere within the South West as the roles are home-based, with willingness to travel as required.

Salary and Benefits

• Basic salary budget up to £55,000-£60,000 plus bonus, car, pension and 25 days holiday.
