Do you want to work for a National Loss Adjusting Operation as a Regional Property Manager for the North?
- Lead, manage, and inspire a team of approximately 7-9 Property Field Adjusters.
- Set clear performance objectives and ensure strict adherence to company service delivery standards.
- Assist the Head of Property with work allocation, compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and driving team productivity and fee income.
- Act as the primary technical referral point for your team, coaching and developing technical excellence.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing mentorship to help employees maximize their potential.
About you:
- Proven experience as a Regional Manager or Senior Team Leader within the loss adjusting or insurance claims sector .
- Deep technical expertise in property insurance claims (experience in subsidence, commercial, or high-net-worth claims is highly advantageous).
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing, motivating, and developing remote or field-based teams.
- Exceptional understanding of SLAs, productivity metrics, and quality assurance.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CILA, CII) are preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £60,000 - £85,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
