Job Profile
Major loss adjusting practice seeks to appoint a Regional Manager to its Northern Ireland operation based out of Belfast.
The mixed role will require you to supervise a small team of commercial property adjusters and desk-top technicians, whilst handling your own caseload of the larger, more complex and more challenging commercial property losses.
In this autonomous management role, you will report to one of the Senior Operations Managers in the UK and an outstanding long-term career is guaranteed.
Applicant Requirements
Candidates should be living in Northern Ireland and have a minimum of 5 years in a commercial property adjusting role.
Experience within management is not necessary, but you should have the passion and desire to progress into it and be willing to adapt new skills accordingly.
Formal qualifications through ACII or ACILA would be preferred or at the very least you should be making progress in this direction with a commitment to achieve.
Salary & Benefits:
Basic salary up to £60,000 plus bonus, car allowance, pension, private medical care and 25 days holiday.
