Expanding national loss adjusting practice seeks to strengthen its management team through the appointment of a Regional Adjuster Manager for the North. You will be responsible for a small, but developing, team of home-based property adjusters handling a mix of domestic, high net worth and commercial losses throughout the North, Scotland & Northern Ireland. You will report to the Operations Director and oversee report writing, loss allocation, training, mentoring, recruitment, SLAs etc whilst handling a smaller caseload of the larger and more complex losses.
Applicant Requirements
- Candidates will ideally be A / FCILA qualified with current or past managerial experience.
- Our client would also entertain applications from Senior Adjusters seeking a first managerial appointment.
- You will be home-based so can live anywhere within the North.
Basic salary to £75,000 plus bonus, car, pension, private medical care and 25 days holiday.
