Privately owned Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy and Surveying Practice seeks to appoint experienced Subsidence Engineer to handle a challenging portfolio of domestic subsidence claims, engineering reports resulting from house survey reports and some engineering design work.
Subsidence clients comprise loss adjusting practices without in-house subsidence specialists. Hybrid role will require regular office attendance.
Applicant Requirements
Our client is keen to recruit a highly experienced Subsidence Engineer to undertake a mixed home/office-based role. You should be MICE, CEng or MIStructE qualified with 5 years in a loss adjusting or insurer environment and be comfortable dealing with traditional household and larger mid to high net worth subsidence claims. You will work alongside an excellent team of Civil & Structural Engineers but will be the only dedicated insurance specialist. The caseload is plentiful, challenging and interesting.
Basic salary up to £65,000 plus bonus, 50p per mile mileage allowance, pension and 25 days holiday.
