Job Profile

An experienced Liability/Casualty Claims Handler is required to join a long-established Loss Adjusters offering the opportunity for any ambitious Liability Claims Handler/Desk-Adjuster looking for their next step in their career as a Field Adjuster.

• You will start out in the field with a caseload of losses, working alongside experienced Field Adjusters who will fully support you, join you on site visits, and help with report writing.
• This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and vibrant team.

• This is a remote working role.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of EL/PL (both Injury and Property damage).
• Carrying out site visits within your dedicated geographical area alongside experienced Field Adjusters.
• Having an EL/PL claims handling background from cradle to grave.
• Interacting with all interested stakeholders including claims staff, policyholders, brokers, and claimants.
• Applying a thorough knowledge of current case law, common law/statute, and regulations.
• Having a full clean driving license.
• Possessing a good working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Being highly organized and capable of influencing others.
• Insurance qualifications are desirable, but relevant experience will also be considered.
