Job Description Rapidly expanding Subsidence Division of national surveying practice seeks to strengthen its team through the appointment of a Regional Subsidence Surveyor operating across the north of England. You will be home-based handling domestic subsidence losses for diverse clients including loss adjusters, housing associations, councils and private individuals. You will handle a caseload of no more than 60 losses but be required to manage these on your own undertaking schedules of repair and project managing all losses through to a conclusion. Candidates must essentially be either MCIOB or MRICS qualified and experienced in handling domestic subsidence losses across the north including Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester and Newcastle. You should be comfortable with remote working and be self-disciplined. Basic salary up to around £60,000 with a generous fee-related bonus worth at least £20,000 annually plus either company car or car allowance, pension, private medical care and 25 days annual holiday.
