Responsibilities

• Manage property claims within the General Property team, ranging from minor damage to £100,000 in value.
• Handle a mixed claims portfolio as a Commercial/Domestic Loss Adjuster, assigned to your own region.
• This is a home-based role with regular regional travel throughout the South London/Southern Home Counties region, with occasional overnight stays.
• Support clients by proactively handling and settling property claims, varying in complexity, requiring tact and a calm approach, investigating claims, establishing facts, and working towards resolutions.

About You

• Previous loss adjusting experience with domestic or commercial losses.
• Ability to work from home and self-motivate, adhering to SLAs and KPIs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; professional qualifications such as CertCILA, DipCILA, ACII, or ACILA are beneficial.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary up to £60,000 per annum
