Major loss adjusting practice seeks to appoint a Regional Manager to take operational control of its South East team of property adjusters.
You will oversee a team of home-based adjusters handling domestic and commercial losses up to £100,000. You will also be home-based and responsible for the management of all aspects of the team attending to the ongoing development and progression of your team in line with company standards and expectations. You will also handle a small caseload of the larger, more complex and/or complaint cases.
Applicant Requirements
- Candidates will ideally have existing managerial experience, but our client is equally happy to consider any adjusters who are looking to progress into management.
- You can live anywhere within the broader South East region.
- Progress with professional qualifications through ACII and/or ACILA would be preferable but is by no means essential.
Basic salary up to £70,000 plus car/allowance, bonus, pension and 25 days holiday.
