Specialist Private Clients Division of major loss adjusting practice seeks to appoint an Executive Manager for its team operating within the South, primarily concentrating on the South East. The role is home-based and duties will be split 60% fee-earning and 40% operational management.
You will oversee a team of 5-6 Adjusters with additional desktop and administrative staff, attending to SLAs, development and training, technical supervision and client relationship work.
Candidates must essentially have a minimum of 5 years in a private client adjusting role and ideally some basic managerial experience, although this is not essential. Our client is more than happy to take enquiries from senior adjusters looking to progress into management.
You can live anywhere within the south but must be prepared to travel extensively both to handle losses and to meet with your team. Professional qualifications through CII and/or CILA is seen to be important.
Basic salary up to £80,000 plus generous bonus, car allowance, pension, private medical care and 25 days holiday.
