An experienced Property Claims Desk Adjuster with managerial experience is required to join a global Loss Adjusters firm, where you will work closely with a team of Desk Claims Handlers and Field Adjusters managing Property Claims up to £100k, including Major and Complex Losses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support a team of Desk Claims Handlers and Field Adjusters in collaboration with the Regional team.
  • Serve as a technical referral point for complex claims.
  • Assist Field Adjusters by accompanying them on site visits as needed.
  • Oversee operational aspects of claims handling to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
  • Mentor team members and identify training and development needs.

About You

  • Experience in handling Property Insurance Claims, including Major and Complex Losses.
  • Proven management skills with the ability to lead and support a team.
  • Strong listening skills and technical expertise to resolve complex issues.
  • Experience working closely with Field Adjusters.
  • Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and face-to-face.
  • Industry qualifications or working towards them; a desire to continue professional development.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for site visits with your team.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
