Desk Technician remote working, working closely with dedicated Field Adjusters helping with claims investigations, dealing with all domestic general perils, managing the life cycle of the claims process, helping the Adjusting Team provide an exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Play a vital role within the business supporting a small team of dedicated Adjusters
- Provide administrative support helping ensure claims progress smoothly and efficiently
- Claims Handling and administration, preparing, drafting and formatting reports, letters and schedules
- Gather all relevant evidence supporting claims investigations
- Managing calls being the first port of call to the Adjusting team
- Liaise and communicate with all relevant stakeholders including policyholders, brokers, clients etc, arranging appointments and progressing the claims process
