With 32 developments in total, my client's New Homes team is busier than ever and a key focus of the Real Estate Practice. The work is specialised, sometimes complex but always rewarding and you will be building relationships that mean you will win the friendship and loyalty of clients and colleagues alike. The firm/team will support you every step of the way - in time inviting you to take the CILEX qualification so you can continue developing your legal career or, if you prefer, allow you to build on your experience as a Paralegal and explore this opportunity to the fullest.
Key Responsibilities:

To be considered for this opportunity you will have previous experience working within law, property or conveyancing in an administration/secretarial based role, or will have relevant skills or experience that will allow a smooth transition into a Paralegal role. You should also have excellent communication skills, (verbal & written), and be detail orientated with the ability to work at pace when required.
This role offers a salary of £25,000 - £30,000, (depending on experience), and offers a hybrid working pattern once the successful candidate is fully trained. Please note although this role offers the opportunity to pursue a CILEX qualification at some point in the future it is not an immediate stepping stone to a training contract.
