Adjacency are delighted to be supporting in the recruitment of a Senior HR Advisor to provide support to the Head of HR and to lead the HR Advisor whilst applying a strategic, commercial and practical approach to HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide line management to the Human Resource Advisor.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a culture of collaboration and idea sharing.
- Lead on Employee Relation issues, delegating and escalating where appropriate.
- Continually review employee centred initiatives, including reward & recognition, employee engagement surveys and employee benefits.
- Support and advise line managers and colleagues on policies and procedures, such as probation, flexible working requests, maternity / paternity leave.
- Supporting and identifying training and development requirements in line with Company objectives.
- Ensure completion of HR inductions, onboarding and exit interviews.
- Ensure effective HR metric reporting and provide numerical and written insights to Head of HR.
- Review employment policies and provide recommendations.
- Oversee the HR Advisor with the development of the recruitment needs of my client.
- Other ad hoc HR work / projects depending on business needs.
What We Are Looking For?
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a HR Advisor role or similar.
- Working and up to date knowledge of employment law.
- Solutions driven with excellent communication and organisational skills.
