Adjacency are delighted to be partnering a growing organisation in the recruitment of a People Advisor to provide a professional and effective HR service across the business, delivering a high-quality employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach, support, and provide expert guidance to line managers on the full range of People activities.
- Management of HR projects as and when required.
- Develop, maintain, and implement HR policies as required by the business, ensuring effectiveness, fairness and consistency.
- Ensure that managers receive relevant training on HR policies.
- Monitor, review, and develop the performance appraisal process.
- Lead with the facilitation of action plans aligned to Engagement Survey feedback.
- Support with Recruitment process for all offices.
- Ad hoc HR reports/projects when required by the business.
What We Are Looking For?
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a junior HR role and CIPD qualified (or equivalent).
- Sound knowledge of employment law and the principles of HR best practice.
- A proven track record in owning & delivering on a variety of HR projects.
- Growing business where HR is central to its commercial strategy.
