Hybrid – 1-2 days from home depending on business needs. Adjacency are delighted to be supporting a long-standing client in the recruitment of a HR Business Partner – supporting key HR projects to enable alignment with business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Business partnering with particular business units, supporting them with generalist HR advice on day to day issues within the allocated area of responsibility.
- Utilisation of management information and other sources of information to proactively provide accurate, up to date business intelligence that informs functional and business actions.
- Experience in leading on recruitment, succession planning, complex ER cases, restructuring and other business‑enhancing HR initiatives.
- Provide both strategic and tactical advice and guidance to managers.
- Work with the wider People function to continually seek to review and improve the service provided by the HR team.
- Provide resourcing and recruitment advice to managers and employees.
- Coach the HR Advisors on resourcing activities and grow/manage the internal succession and external talent bank to achieve headcount plan.
- Lead on employee brand.
- Regular attendance at plant communications to ensure understanding of the organisation.

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a HR role for a forward thinking organisation with relevant CIPD qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience of building relationships and supporting internal stakeholders with generalist HR advice.
- Solution driven and passionate about achieving commercial goals by supporting a business function with their HR processes and procedures.
