Adjacency Recruitment are delighted to be partnering a unique and growing organisation in the recruitment of a People Business Partner. Our client is dedicated to developing their staff in all facets of their organisation and are therefore seeking a dynamic, passionate and experienced People Business Partner to work closely with leaders and teams across the business to develop and deliver a robust and inspirational People offering to benefit everyone across the group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Working with the Group People Director and the Head of Learning & Development to assist in the creation and delivery of a People strategy that will enable the successful delivery of business strategy and objectives.
  • Specific HR support: To provide HR support with respect to employee relations, reward and recognition, and recruitment, selection and retention.
  • Project Management: Involvement in the planning and implementation of People projects, such as staff survey management, the replacement of HR systems, new reward and recognition schemes and policy and procedure creation, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Building strong relationships with leaders, managers and employees to understand specific requirements and challenges.
  • Culture & Engagement: Through every activity, the role holder will seek to foster a culture that supports employee engagement and retention.

What We Are Looking For?

To be considered for this amazing opportunity your CV must display proven experience in a hands-on and strategic HR role, across multiple locations. You will have a demonstrable passion for HR delivery and strategic operational planning and proven ability to identify opportunities to create, develop and deliver executive people recommendations. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of influencing leaders and leading activities to delivery, have excellent organisational and communication skills and be qualified to minimum level 5 of the CIPD.
