Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Head of HR is responsible for the overall day-to-day operational leadership and management of the HR Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work effectively with the Management Group and Senior Leadership Team to help develop and deliver corporate plans.
- Leadership and management of the HR Team.
- Oversight and delivery of the day-to-day operational HR service.
- Oversee, support, and guide all operational HR processes.
- Lead on recruitment.
- Ensure policies/procedures are up to date in line with corporate culture and wider legislation.
- Work effectively with managers to resolve Employee Relations issues in a legally compliant, compassionate, and timely manner.
- Support Line Managers through a Business Partnering style of relationship.

- Strong experience as a senior HR professional and CIPD qualified - L7 as a minimum.
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding HR and recruitment services.
