As a result of recent acquisitions, and part of the drive to increase market share in this region, the business is looking to appoint a Divisional Finance Director. Reporting to the Divisional Managing Director, the appointment will be key in bringing Divisional Finance leadership; defining and articulating a Finance strategy, leading and developing finance professionals within the division, leading strategic initiatives e.g. common ERP platforms, guiding manufacturing consolidation and supporting strategic and financial planning and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities- The role will compile and provide quarterly analysis on Divisional performance.

- You will be a strong Finance Business Partner across the Division, a strong right-hand person to the Divisional Managing Director covering such deliverables as:
- Strategy development and deployment.
- Supporting business goals with insightful reporting processes and articulation of opportunities.
- Supporting business development and leading internal efficiency projects/opportunities.
- To advise and challenge the interpretation of information, to facilitate timely and accurate decision making.
- Developing systems - ensuring integrity, accuracy, reliability, and timeliness.
- Leading an international reporting team - visiting countries/operations and helping coach and guide regional Finance managers.
- Insightful recommendations on the enhancement of manufacturing and supply chain operations.
The successful candidate will be a graduate, qualified accountant, ideally with quality training and thinking skills gained from a Blue-Chip company. Candidates must be intellectually strong, technically and strategically capable and able to quickly take ownership of the Division, identifying what is needed and expected from the Regional teams.
You should have demonstrable experience of Finance Business Partnering / Divisional Finance (Remote team leadership, Project Finance, Performance reporting). Experience of major business process change β ERP and shared services will be advantageous.
With excellent interpersonal skills, conducive to a collaborative environment, you will be comfortable communicating with corporate stakeholders and the wider business.
