We are retained to find the next Managing Director for a Marketing Services business, part of a larger UK Group, in the South West of England. With a strong heritage and reputation for delivering dynamic and creative campaigns for clients in an array of sectors, they have proven their rightful position within the market.
Leading a growing team of approximately 30 experienced creative specialists, you will translate your commercial and operational strategies through an established leadership team. It is expected that you will have come from a commercial background within the creative and marketing design world, where you will be generating, nurturing and maximising client relationships for the good of the business. You will be looking at market trends, potential new sectors and operational techniques, and ensuring the business is always up to date with technological and operational innovation.
In this role we will consider individuals who are currently employees or small creative design marketing business owners who may consider rolling their current business into a bigger structure, and incorporating a sale as part of the process. All initial conversations are in the strictest of confidence.
