An established FMCG brand are seeking a new Head of UK Sales to set a strategy and manage a team to meet the growth strategy of the portfolio of household-name food brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy: Design and deliver a highly effective sales plan for both Grocery Multiples (major supermarkets) and Convenience channels.
  • Account Management: Lead Joint Business Plans (JBP) and negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotions with key retail buyers.
  • Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of National Account Managers (NAMs).
  • P&L Ownership: Manage the channel budgets. Drive both volume and value growth while protecting profit margins.
  • Cross-Functional Work: Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure smooth product launches and stock availability.
