Our client is part of a global manufacturing group, now seeing an experienced Senior Finance Manager / Controller, to oversee the day-to-day accounting, AP/AR and reporting functions of this growing division of a larger, significant, Global group.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to ensure cost efficiency and robust planning.
- Assist in preparing key reports, including Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Operating Reviews, and input into the overall Operating Business Planning.
- Develop financial models and projections for revenue, orders, expenses, income, and cash flow.
- Analyse plant operating results, identify trends, and recommend actionable strategies to leadership.
- Drive productivity initiatives, monitor commercial commissions, and translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
What We Are Looking For?
- Hold a qualification in Finance & Accounting.
- Bring 5+ years of finance and accounting management experience.
- If candidates have US GAAP experience it would be a benefit.
- Skilled in accounting and financial forecasting.
- A collaborative team player with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced setting.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to switch between big picture planning and tactical execution.
