Working for this highly reputable firm, this is a great role for an experienced Conveyancing Administration Assistant to join an established and successful team. Preferably with previous experience of working in conveyancing within a legal setting, this role involves supporting the fee earners on a range of client matters to ensure timely progression of residential conveyancing cases. Due to the nature of the role, this position is based full-time in the office.

Some of the key responsibilities of the Conveyancing Administrative Assistant:

  • Opening new files
  • Scanning of key documents
  • Distributing new cases to solicitors
  • Other general office administration

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in an Administrative role is required, ideally with Residential Conveyancing experience
  • Very strong MS Office and systems skills
  • Experience with case management systems would be a plus, but training will be provided to the right candidate
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to become part of the team is essential
  • Strong organisational ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
