Adjacency Recruitment are working with an established manufacturing business in the North-East who are currently looking to add a HR Coordinator to their current HR team. This is a new role, and the successful candidate will provide a professional, proactive HR service across the UK, whilst also supporting international HR activities as required.

Coordinating all HR administration, (but with a focus on talent acquisition and internal communications) the HR Coordinator will ensure a seamless employee and candidate experience by working closely with managers and external partners to deliver key HR processes and initiatives across multiple regions both in the UK and Globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for UK and International roles
  • Support hiring managers with job descriptions, advertising and interview scheduling
  • Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure accurate and compliant candidate records
  • Liaise with external providers when required
  • Support the development and delivery of internal HR comms
  • Draft and distribute communications relating to policies and organisational updates
  • Support employee engagement activities such as surveys & wellbeing initiatives
  • Assist in coordinating HR activities across multiple countries
  • Provide admin support such as supporting Visa applications
What We Are Looking For:

To be considered for this role we would expect you to be qualified to CIPD Level 3 at least, (level 5 preferred), and for your CV to display experience of both supporting Talent Acquisition and HR Teams. You will have high attention to detail and be proactive, adaptive and solutions focused.
