An opportunity has arisen for a Personal Injury Solicitor to join a leading and highly rated Personal Injury team to work directly under an experienced and respected Partner. This can be a remote opportunity (or hybrid if preferred) for someone with 3+ years PQE to play a key role within a growing team and to manage a broad caseload of Personal Injury matters.
Key responsibilities of the Personal Injury Solicitor role include:
- Manage a wide range of Personal Injury cases
- Act as a leader and mentor when managing more junior legal colleagues
- Play an active role in business development and marketing
- Build strong and trusting relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Always maintain accurate and organised files
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience working on a range of Personal Injury cases
- Experience of negotiating settlements to client’s satisfaction
- Strong team player and able to manage colleagues when working remotely
- Capable networker who is keen to further help raise the company profile.
