We are delighted to be partnering with a long-term client, one of the region's Top 50 employers, again, to help them grow their exceptional Finance team with a Senior Finance Business Partner, who will become part of the finance management team. This role would offer significant autonomy, the ability to work closely with the operational and main board members, as well as be part of a wider finance team within the full Group. This is a genuine opportunity to partner with customer-facing teams, delivering insights that shape the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial management, including accurate reporting, forecasting, and scenario planning to support their growth.
- Provide strategic counsel to the Senior Management Team, translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Design and implement robust financial processes and internal controls that ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Drive operational excellence through automation and continuous process enhancements.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Manage statutory account submissions with precision and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience influencing senior leadership.
- A proactive, results-oriented professional with a passion for driving improvement.
- A data-driven thinker with strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
- An exceptional communicator, adept at distilling complex financial concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Ideally, familiarity with the technology sector, though not essential.
- Comfort with managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
