Our client are a bespoke Full service provider of design, fit out & furniture for business spaces in the UK. They work with landlords, Tenants & like minded professionals to design and create modern workspaces that effortlessly blend culture, ESG, technology & creativity with the people at the heart of everything they do.
They are currently looking for a Senior Designer to join their excellent team and an exciting time for the business.
The Role
This Role would suit a candidate from a design background in interior design; the right candidate will have an eye for detail, with the ability to develop creative & viable design solutions. You will have experience in operating at senior level, have good pitch experience, with the ability to pitch to clients and professional teams. The right candidate will be able to work collaboratively with others on a winning strategy along with experience with estimating & budgets for the project.
This is an onsite office role based in Windsor, with a flexible working policy in operation.

What will This Involve?
Lead New Business Appointments with Account Managers
Develop Client briefs & user requirements
Confident in pitching to clients & professional teams, & developing successful strategies to sell design schemes or ideas
Professionally conduct all client interactions with adequate preparations
Create Tailored concept design based on client needs
Generate Construction Drawing packages
Co-ordinate with estimating to develop overall budgets in line with the scheme
Generate First class design presentations/submissions
Select, shape & record the selection of suitable products
