You will be working in the Private Client department of this established full-service law firm and will play a key role in delivering solutions to clients around Wills, LPA / Trusteeship, probate as well as Trusts. You should also be happy to get involved in marketing and BD initiatives to help bring in new clients and raise awareness of the services on offer by the firm as well as the Private Client team.

Some of the key responsibilities of the Private Client Solicitor role include:

  • Working with existing as well as new clients from initial triage, being their point of contact throughout
  • Advising on a range of services including Wills, IHT, Trusts and probate matters
  • Undertaking networking, BD and other firm-wide initiatives to continue to attract new clients to the firm

The successful candidate will have:

  • Qualified Solicitor / CILEX with 1-5 years PQE in Private Client
  • Highly organised and able to keep all systems updated
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to use your own initiative to prioritise appropriately
  • Approachable, friendly, and professional manner.
