This is a great opportunity for a personable & analytical individual to join a reputable top Gloucestershire business. Reporting to the Head of Planning, you’ll own the accuracy of the supply plan, ensuring optimal stock levels across channels and warehouses to meet demand and maximise sales. This role suits a detail-oriented, proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Supply Chain Manager Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic continuous improvement to supply chain operations
- Optimisation, forecasting, supply & demand planning
- Managing 3PL
- Build and develop relationships with key customers to ensure a smooth end-to-end supply chain process.
- Manage KPI’s, balancing short-term & long-term objectives
- Develop collaborative relationships with internal sales, marketing, logistics and finance teams, ensuring a timely & efficient process
- Stock control, inventory management, and project management
About You:
- Experience in Supply Planning (preferred)
- Strong SAP (ECC) and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
