An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly expanding business based in Gloucester. Our client is looking for a Payroll Manager who has previous experience as well as being an effective people manager. The role would involve processing the larger payrolls and managing the outsourced relationship
Key Responsibilities:
β Delivering accurate and compliant payroll processing for assigned clients and payrolls
β Co-ordinating the clientβs requirements and managing the process
β Develop a high performing team
β Offer full support and advice to the team on all aspects of payroll & software systems
The Person:
β An individual who has managed a diversity of payroll transactions
β Highly assertive, interactive and has the ability to work under pressure
β Analytical and an excellent problem solver
β To be fully compliant with all UK legislation, statutory monthly and yearly requirements
β Can demonstrate ability to build strong relationships
