Are you an experienced Solicitor with extensive Residential Conveyancing experience with a desire to help shape the strategy and future of this highly reputable business? Would you like to lead a team of like-minded conveyancers? Are you keen to use your technical experience to help embed a culture of continuous improvement and lead on quality assurance initiatives? This is a key role to be the internal and external face of the business and to champion the profile, the credibility, and the expertise available within the company even further.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Manage a full range of Residential Conveyancing cases from high-end properties to 1st time purchases
  • Manage, guide and mentor an established and successful team of Conveyancers
  • Lead on strategy ensuring best in class technical compliance and adherence to SRA guidelines
  • Lead the transformation of the peer review and quality assurance systems
  • Champion knowledge sharing, coaching and continuous professional development across the business

The successful candidate will have:

  • Solicitor with extensive experience in Residential Conveyancing
  • Experience across a full mix of residential cases
  • Previous experience working with other senior colleagues and a desire to help impact the strategy of the firm
  • Experienced team manager with the ability to continue to up-skill other conveyancers
  • Strong business development experience
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
