We are partnering exclusively with a well regarded Estate and Lettings Agency who are looking to add an experienced Lettings Negotiator to their team in Cheltenham.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Handle new Tenant enquiries, arranging appropriate viewings
- Nurture and develop excellent Landlord relationships
- Maintain thorough and accurate property records
- Negotiate offers, liaising between Landlord and Tenant
What's in it for you:
- Base Salary of £25-28,000 DOE, with OTE expected to be £30-35,000
- Study support and professional subscriptions paid
- 21 days holiday, plus additional holiday over Christmas period, plus bank holidays
About you:
- Previous experience in a Lettings Negotiator position is essential
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence, plus use of your own business appropriate car
