Base pay range

Our retained client is a leading supplier of automotive products who operate across the UK. They are at an exciting stage of their development with a SMT who are driving transformation and commercial growth.

Working with the Group Finance Manager, you will have a proven IT management background and be able to manage their current IT operation, and drive development and transformation to bring IT to the fore. As well as managing personally (with a team of 1) you will set the mid and longer-range strategies, advising the board of activity and importantly, be the face of IT across the organisation.

Your IT skills will be proven by your CV and background. The key differential between a \’good\’ and \’great\’ candidate in this role will be your personality, communication skills and positive outlook, as well as the ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously, with an unflappable personality.

Any experience of systems implementation is advantageous, along with project management skills within an IT environment. You MUST be based in the UK and be able to spend a minimum of 2 days a week in Gloucestershire.
