Fantastic opportunity for a HR Generalist to deliver an end-to-end HR service for a growing business based in South Gloucestershire. Working in a friendly and fabulous team, the successful candidate will provide a professional and effective service partnering the business leaders, delivering a high-quality employee and manager experience and building credible relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach, support and provide expert guidance to line managers on the full range of People activities in line with the People Strategy.
  • Provide advice and guidance on individual, complex ER cases, ensuring that these are well managed and meet the requirements of the business’s policies & procedures.
  • Lead initiatives on Learning & Development and upskilling of Senior Managers.
  • Develop & implement any new policies and ensure the employee handbook is maintained to reflect changes in process.
  • Support management with absence management issues and welfare support.
  • Support management with performance management and capability processes.
  • Lead on recruitment initiatives and succession planning.
  • Collate evidence for monthly board reports upon request.
  • Management of HR projects as and when required.
What We Are Looking For:

This role will suit a HR generalist who has the ability to multitask, prioritise workload and work in a fast-paced environment. We are expecting the successful candidate to have advanced knowledge of employment law and experience of managing complex ER cases. You will also be qualified to minimum CIPD Level 5, have a proven track record of delivering on a variety of people projects and be creative in solving problems.
