Adjacency Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a long-standing client and well-established Cheltenham business in the recruitment of an experienced HR Advisor. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, this is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and confident HR professional to take ownership of HR policy updates and provide first-line advice and support to managers and employees across the business. You will also play a key role in employee relations, performance management, and learning & development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, review, and update HR policies to ensure compliance with current employment legislation
  • Lead and support all recruitment activities
  • Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
  • Maintain accuracy and efficiency across HR and Payroll systems
  • Manage Maternity, Paternity, Adoption, and Parental Leave processes
  • Produce monthly HR reports as required
  • Plan and coordinate the annual Wellbeing Calendar of events
  • Support the Head of HR with employee relations investigations, including disciplinary and grievance processes

About You:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ generalist HR experience
