Adjacency Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a staple of the Cheltenham landscape in their recruitment of a HR Administrator. Working within an established and collaborative team, the successful candidate will provide fully effective HR and Recruitment administrative support to the HR Department, which in turn will help deliver strategic people priorities across the business. The role will be busy and varied, and the successful candidate will be someone who thrives in an environment where no day is the same – and if you are looking to build a career in HR then consideration will be given to support completion of a CIPD certificate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with Senior members of the team in the recruitment and selection process for all staff
- Manage the HR Admin inbox
- Maintain the HR system accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and issue offer of employment documentation, contracts & letters
- Support with onboarding
- Undertake general administrative duties for the department
- Assist HR colleagues on projects and in meetings as required

Although having experience of working in HR would be advantageous, the key requirements for this role are having excellent administration skills with a key eye for attention to detail and the ability to manage a number of priorities at any given time.
