Working for this highly reputable firm, this is a great role for an experienced Conveyancing Administration Assistant to join an established and successful team. Preferably with previous experience of working in conveyancing within a legal setting, this role involves supporting the fee earners on a range of client matters to ensure timely progression of residential conveyancing cases. Due to the nature of the role, this position is based full-time in the office.
Some of the key responsibilities of the Conveyancing Administrative Assistant:
- Opening new files
- Scanning of key documents
- Distributing new cases to solicitors
- Other general office administration
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an Administrative role is required, ideally with Residential Conveyancing experience
- Very strong MS Office and systems skills
- Experience with case management systems would be a plus, but training will be provided to the right candidate
- A positive attitude and a willingness to become part of the team is essential
- Strong organisational ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
