Finance Manager in Evesham

This role is rare – the client is a small group of investors who are looking for a Finance Manager to help them research, assess, acquire, and grow a portfolio of businesses. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial Finance Manager who is looking for a more strategic role and likes working with OMB’s / SME’s. This role will be incredibly varied but will give the right person the opportunity to be more heavily involved in business strategy.

About you…

You will be a qualified accountant and will have previously supported or worked in an entrepreneurial and acquisitive environment.

Some of the key responsibilities of the Finance Manager

• Work alongside owner and shareholders to review financials of target companies as well as existing business interests
• Provide financial analysis and insight to aid strategic decisions
• Work with bookkeeper to manage finance function
• Ability to work across various sectors

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong analytical skills
• Previous experience helping to buy, grow and support businesses
• Excellent communication skills for both financial and non-financial audiences.
