This is a super opportunity for a qualified Employment Solicitor to join an established and growing Employment Team. You will already have some qualified experience to bring with you and will now feel ready and excited to take on a more complex and varied case load and to work across multiple industry sectors. This role would suit an Employment Solicitor who is looking to build their career and reputation under the umbrella of this highly respected law firm.

Some of the key responsibilities of the Employment Solicitor role include:

  • Managing a full range of Employment Law cases from helping set policies to advising on contentious matters.
  • Building relationships with existing clients as well as new via marketing, networking etc.
  • Whilst you will be keen to run your own case load, you should also be happy to support colleagues across the team with more strategic or complicated cases.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Qualified Employment Solicitor with post qualified experience.
  • Excellent understanding of UK Employment Law and the ability to explain this to clients in a digestible format.
  • Client and relationship led focus with the ability to network and build long term beneficial relationships.
  • Strong collaboration skills as well as the desire to help solve your client’s employment challenges.
