I am looking for an excellent E-commerce Manager to join a leading global supplier of quality residential greenhouses. The ideal candidate will be someone who has a commercial mindset and is driven by technical knowledge and data insight into the market. You will be able to spot and react to changes in the market as and when they happen to ensure the business continues to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales and marketing to integrate campaigns & offerings to continue to improve the online customer experience.
- The running of the online shop, which consists of 3 websites.
- Management of the online shop based on customer behaviour.
- Monitor website traffic to gain an idea of consumer responses to site updates, new product introductions etc.
- Experience in the D2C retail, with the customer's experience at the heart of what you do.
- Optimising SEO to ensure the websites remain high in relevant searches & attract more visits.
- Develop, implement & execute a successful E-commerce strategy to align with business goals.

- Ability to identify key market opportunities based on the data available.
- Ability to make key business decisions and act upon these to achieve business goals.
- Technical knowledge within the industry.
