Adjacency Recruitment are delighted to be exclusively partnering with one of the region’s most recognised Professional Services firms to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive to take the reins of our client’s digital strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Director to plan, execute, and analyse campaigns across all their digital platforms. You'll also get hands-on with events and internal communications, helping to create a seamless experience for both clients and colleagues.
The Role
Based in their Stratford-upon-Avon head office, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape and implement the firm’s digital strategy across a range of platforms, including their website, social media channels, email marketing, and podcast series. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of digital campaigns — from planning and content creation to execution, analysis, and optimisation. Your expertise will ensure my client’s online presence is engaging, consistent, and aligned with the firm’s broader marketing and business development goals.
What we are looking for:
- 2-3 years' digital marketing experience, ideally in a professional services or knowledge-based business
- A recognised digital marketing qualification (or currently studying towards one)
- Experience working with external agencies and delivering successful campaigns
- Confident communicator, collaborative, and well-organised
- Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Flexible, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
- Full UK driving licence (occasional travel may be required)
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with WordPress, basic coding, and GA4
- Strong SEO and analytics knowledge
- Canva, podcast platforms, and video editing tools
- Accredited in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
