Overview
We are delighted to be partnering with a reputable local practice who are growing rapidly to hire in their Corporate Finance team. This is a rare opportunity to join the CF team as they expand. You’ll work with a wide range of corporate acquirers, as well as London-based PE firms, Corporate Banks, and Nominated Advisers to AIM-listed companies. This is an excellent opportunity to build your technical expertise and client-facing experience in a role that offers long-term growth and development. This role would be suitable for someone who has trained in audit or tax looking for a change or someone who has extensive advisory/transactional experience.
Responsibilities
- Assess and identify key risks within deal structures.
- Analyse financials including trading history, cash flow and balance sheets.
- Review forecasts, assumptions, and overall business performance.
- Develop a strong understanding of target businesses.
