We are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a leading law firm , with operations across the Midlands. They have ambitious growth plans and are looking to bring in an additional Conveyancer to their highly successful New Homes Team based in Stratford upon Avon. Reporting to the Head of New Homes Team, the Plot Conveyancer will be involved in the buying and selling of new homes, including part exchange transactions, from initial instruction through to legal completion, acting for national house builders, through to more bespoke developers. Key Responsibilities include: • Act in the buying and selling of new build plots and part-exchange transactions • Deliver a smooth, efficient, and professional service, ensuring all transactions comply with current legislation and best practice. • Interacting with buyers, sellers and other third party stakeholders Just some of the benefits our client offers include: • Flexible working hours • Hybrid working, with the ability to work from home 2 days per week • Paid parking • 25 days holiday, increasing with service, plus additional ‘company day’, plus bank holidays Previous experience working in residential conveyancing is essential to be considered for this position, possessing a thorough understanding of legal terminology and procedures. You will need first class written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise a busy case load, with high levels of accuracy.
