This global innovative solutions company are looking for an additional Sales Support Executive professional to work in a small team supporting new and existing clients. The Sales Support Executive will work with the Sales team as well as clients directly - the responsibilities include supporting the end-end sales process, troubleshooting issues, processing quotations & invoices as well as following-up on new business enquiries.
About you… You will be excited by the opportunity to be part of a close knit and growing team in the UK as well as internationally. You’ll be a strong team player, demonstrating flexibility, speed of thought and an ability to react to changing priorities.
Some of the key responsibilities of the Sales Support Executive:
- Provide proactive support to sales consultants and clients
- Support sales process including liaising with other departments to ensure client satisfaction
- Process invoices and quotations in a timely fashion
- Ad-hoc support on projects with UK and International colleagues
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous Sales and Client support experience
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly organised but with the ability to multi-task when needed
- Strong MS Office skills including Excel
