About you… This role is suited to an HR Advisor with strong integrity who thrives on collaboration and is looking for an opportunity to make a real impact across the business. The HR Advisor will be joining during an exciting period of change and will work closely with the HR Manager as well as Directors to develop HR policies and procedures as well as contributing or leading on key projects. As a key member of the team you will also be client facing and will be the trusted point of contact for stakeholders.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that further strengthen engagement, proficiency, and the working environment.
  • Promote organisational values and a positive working environment.
  • Support with payroll, benefits and support fair & inclusive recruitment processes.
  • Monitor emerging risks, legislative changes, and HR best practice.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience as an HR Advisor, Professional Services experience preferred.
  • A genuine interest in continuous improvement and the development of a positive workplace ethos.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team to develop new people-centric projects, policies and practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship building skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and communications skills.
  • CIPD level 3 or level 5 qualification.
