This is a rare opportunity to work in the luxury travel sector and join a business who have built a fantastic business with an enviable reputation for supporting clients through every aspect of the booking process (including add-ons, post booking follow ups etc).
You will be motivated by providing excellent service, leaving no-stone unturned to make sure the clients stay is a memorable one.
- Some of the key responsibilities
- Support clients through the booking process including tailoring aspects where possible
- Liaise with client pre and post booking to ensure complete satisfaction
- Track, manage and accurately record guest payments
- Support and initiate continuous improvement initiatives
- The successful candidate will have
- Passion and previous experience of delivering exceptional customer service
- A genuine interest in luxury travel and experiences
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities plus strong numeracy skills
- Highly organised but also able to react calmly to changing priorities.
- 23 days annual leave

The team work Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm and one Saturday in 3 which can be done remotely and you will receive a day off in lieu of this day.
